Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 8-10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees
Most of the time, shipping fees are included in the price of the item. If it is not included, it will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Return and Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Exceptions

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Handle Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service team at moon.wired@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
